the sexual preferences of women in common social contexts in order is to note
that your preference will not be affected other people, but will open a new

at ease.
Introduction
Women who are attracted to other women; female homosexuality is an issue at this time and for many there, some people do not respect them and think these have mental problems when choosing someone as sentimental companion of the same sex. The question is why women choose to be lesbian? 10% of the population of lesbian women, choose your sexual preference due to social factors. However it is important to recognize that sexual preference does not diminish a person, nor does superior, a gay person is like any other, only that their emotional interests are different and to respect one must know what he should or is what influences these people to make you well.
Lesbianism.
Lesbianism also known as female homosexuality is a sexual preference where women feel physically or emotionally attracted by others.
The desire to know what human homosexuality must have caused disputes between different social groups; each with different purposes but ultimately your goal is to find a reason for this.
In this regard there have been several studies that have given possible causes or social factors that influence lesbianism.
Factors and / or social causes that influence lesbianism.
The complex of ugliness or feeling less attractive or feminine than other girls. This usually occurs more in adolescence (when you start attracting the opposite sex), if the girl feel less appreciated by the boys begin to admire other women.
During adolescence, the girl wants to have friends and be one of them.
His loneliness and sense of separation excite his desire to be admired as
friends or as some ideal women. If the girl feels no affection and compression
of the mother, you may idealize someone possessing the characteristics of the
mother; for example: a loving teacher or an older girl with maternal attitudes.
The self-pitying women seeking exclusive attention of his adored wife, "if
I could just give me your love ...". (Aardweg,
1997, p. 40)
Although women should not feel less attractive than
another, you should feel good and love themselves as such. While someone want
for him and not look like another.
Another cause that influenced for women to choose to
have a lesbian relationship are the heartbreak, because finding support and
comfort in a friend (whether or not a lesbian) can be attracted by them;
although this is more common in young and I that time again feel attraction for
men then it may not be a lesbian and has only been confused. "When we talk
about a lesbian is true that acts and dresses like a lesbian whole, and in the
least feel desire or attraction to a man" (Vázquez, 2009, p. 5).
In extreme cases, the cause of lesbianism is because women have suffered trauma or have been victims of a violation that makes them hate men and find refuge in those of the same sex.
Sexual abuse and other forms of abuse, such as physical and
psychological negative events are definitely influential in sexual behavior. A
form of child abuse is neglect when the child is unattended, is neglected or
abandoned. This allows the person is unprotected, and has a distorted
understanding of reality, affecting their psychology in general. (Chain &
Andrade, 2016)
It is sad and disapproving imagine that people from
abusing others by simply feel superior or stronger and this has resulted in a
change in your life.
It could influence lesbian culture because this
"has grown traditionally included within the feminine tradition, and more
specifically in the culture of women" (Copyright © 2005 FUNDAFER, 2008)
and thus could be taken as an example to follow for certain women teenagers,
but this would be taken like fashion and not a feature of sexual preference.
Another possible cause is the time and way of life,
their first crushes, that "the first sexual experience has been made with
an older woman (because this has seduced a) and finding it satisfactory"
(Hyde, 1920).
Female homosexuality is not a disease or a vice, it is
a particular orientation desire, "human sexuality evolves from infancy
toward a single goal: the pursuit of pleasure" (Educational and Child Psychology,
1997, p. 158).
Although despite these investigations have not fully
convincing about the origin of lesbianism theories. "They have proposed
many hypotheses, but the fact that most have been made by psychiatrists or
psychologists by profession, were dedicated to visit lesbians consulted by
emotional problems is given" (Otero, 1995, p. 62) .
But another study in 1989 at the University of Chicago, found that less than 1% of the entire population of both sexes was exclusively homosexual. In 1993, Allan Guttmacher Institute said that in women, the attraction for the same sex usually starts in preadolescence. However awareness occurs in late adolescence or early adulthood. More women than men homosexuals have heterosexual experiences, while homosexual initiated. "In one study 56% of a sample of lesbian women had heterosexual sex before their first homosexual experience. About 40% of these women had heterosexual relationships during the year preceding the study "(J., 1997).
Then we can infer that social factors infl
uence the decision of sexual preference of women, as with previous data can be said that 56% of lesbian women are influenced by society to choose it as well, because at the beginning of his adolescence have had both heterosexual and homosexual relations as based on their experiences, as a result or unpleasant is definitively defined.
Conclusion
The sexual preference of each individual is different, because each person has their own tastes and their own needs you want to meet in the best way he pleases. From the fact of how to act with whom he wanted to share his life no matter what your preference.
Lesbianism or female homosexuality has been treated as taboo subjects that are not accepted and taken into account very little, but with the struggle for their rights these women have managed to change the course of their lives as compared to some years now It takes them into account its decisions as the freedom to marry his partner. The hypothesis presented in the introduction was nil as social factors influence 56% of lesbian women in their definition; most influencing factors are interpersonal relationships that occur in adolescence as these lead to the acceptance of their tastes and know what really makes them pleasing their emotional and sexual relationships.
But eventually everyone is different and must respect the tastes of each and emphasize that all human beings have the right to seek our happiness, whether woman with man, man with man, woman with woman or feel tension by both sexes .
